We provide a full upholstery service for both new and existing foam products. Whether you need a brand-new mattress covered in quality fabric, an old sofa refoamed and reupholstered, or replacement covers for worn-out furniture, our team handles it from start to finish.
Every piece is finished with precision and built to be practical, with covers designed to be easy to remove for cleaning. We also upholster mattress covers in polycotton, luxury, or quilted finishes to match the level of comfort and durability you need.
For businesses replacing foam across multiple pieces of furniture, such as hotels, offices, or restaurants, we offer an economical bulk upholstery service using foam manufactured in-house at our Plaine Lauzun factory.
Because we make the foam and do the upholstery ourselves, there is no middleman and no markup.

Foam Delivery Across Mauritius
We deliver foam products directly to your door anywhere in Mauritius.
For standard retail orders, home delivery is available for a small nominal fee from any of our three locations in Port Louis, Plaine Lauzun, and Tombeau Bay. For large orders and trade clients placing bulk purchases, transport is completely free.
This applies to furniture manufacturers, hotels, packaging companies, and any business ordering in volume. You can also collect directly from whichever location is most convenient for you: our showroom in Port Louis for finished products and smaller items, our factory in Plaine Lauzun for bulk foam slabs, or our warehouse in Tombeau Bay.
Because all three locations carry stock, collection is usually same-day with no waiting. For recurring trade orders, we can arrange scheduled deliveries to keep your production line supplied without interruption.
